Our editorial charter
Independent Global Network is a business journal covering companies, finance, markets, management and the products and services that connect them. Our English and Russian editions publish materials in the language in which they were researched.
Evidence and attribution
Reporting rests on identifiable sources. We check names, dates, amounts and units, and distinguish completed events from plans. Forecasts, opinions and company claims retain their attribution and qualifications. Publication dates reflect the source event or announcement; historical coverage should be read in that context.
Our three formats
- Perspectives develops a subject through extended reporting and research.
- Dispatches covers a specific development and its relevant background.
- Company Wire presents company announcements separately from editorial reporting.
Corrections and independence
Send a correction request with the page address, the statement concerned and supporting evidence. We review the evidence and correct material errors; changes that affect meaning should include a clear explanation. Commercial relationships and paid placements must be disclosed. Advertising does not determine editorial conclusions.
